Liberty Hall

'Liberty Hall' tells the story of one of Ireland’s most iconic yet underrated and often ignored buildings. In hearing from the architect and other parties, we discover how a few small changes had a hugely negative effect on a simple design. I finished the documentary in 2009 and it was broadcast on RTE1 on May 11th 2009 at 20:30 picking up 189,000 viewers.

I'm a documentary director, cameraman and editor based in Dublin. As a director my work has been broadcast on RTE as well as screened at film festivals at home and abroad. See the projects page to watch some of my films.

As a cameraman I work freelance on programmes such as 'The View', the weekly arts show on RTE, as well as other RTE shows. I shoot a broad range of other stuff while I also work closely with a few artists, including Amanda Coogan, shooting projects commissioned by IMMA among others and developing new ideas for ways to document performance art.
