I spent Christmas 2011 in Santander, Spain, so I used the opportunity to try out and perfect some timelapse techniques!

Myself and Michael Ryan made this piece by blacking out the window of a room in my flat and then making a small hole in the blackout, this turned the room into a big camera. We set up a stills camera to take a 4 second exposure every 5 seconds. After we put the stills together into a time lapse video.

The audio was composed by Mike Glennon from The 202s - facebook.com/the202s

13 WOMEN is a new live performance by Amanda Coogan in collaboration with thirteen performers, it explores the Church Street disaster of 1913 and its parallel with contemporary Irish society.

This performance took place in the Hugh Lane Gallery over 12 hours. It was captured in this video using timelapse photography, the entire 12 hours resulting in a new 8 minute film.
